Description:

· Strategic lead management and CRM specialist focused on optimizing conversion pipelines, improving system efficiency, and driving revenue growth

· Oversees end-to-end lead lifecycle management—from inbound capture to qualification, nurturing, and successful handoff to sales agents

· Maintains and optimizes CRM systems, ensuring accurate data, seamless workflows, and efficient lead tracking

· Serves as a CRM subject matter expert, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with support teams, and guiding agents through system usage and best practices

· Provides onboarding support and training to agents on CRM tools, workflows, and lead handling processes

· Qualifies inbound leads from multiple channels, identifying their stage in the buying/selling journey to ensure proper engagement strategy

· Executes rapid lead response and data scrubbing, including tagging, segmentation, drip campaign activation, and automated communication setup

· Designs and implements structured follow-up systems to improve agent performance and maximize lead conversion rates

· Nurtures leads through consistent, strategic communication (email and SMS) until they are sales-ready

· Coordinates lead reassignment and appointment alignment to ensure smooth transitions between teams

· Monitors daily agent activity, ensuring accountability, productivity, and adherence to performance standards

· Tracks KPIs, conversion ratios, and task completion to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement

· Generates detailed reports on agent productivity and operational performance for leadership insights

· Builds and manages trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools using Google Sheets for data visibility and decision-making

· Maintains backup lead databases and ensures data security and continuity in case of CRM disruptions

· Manages pipeline tools, dialers, and scheduling systems to support efficient outreach and appointment setting

· Communicates system updates, training schedules, and team announcements to ensure alignment and continuous improvement

· Highly tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and responsive, with strong organizational skills and consistent follow-through in fast-paced environments
