Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of real-time reporting and analyze trends across key performance metrics.

• Generate comprehensive KPI reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.

• Ensure data accuracy and timeliness for the assigned division.

• Collaborate closely with leadership teams to support data-driven decision-making.

• Regularly review and eliminate duplicate records to maintain data integrity.

• Utilize multiple data sources to correct and update incomplete or inaccurate information.

• Develop and maintain standard quality control (QC) reports to detect and resolve data inconsistencies.

• Implement and manage processes for data collection, cleansing, maintenance, analysis, and validation across the organization.

Requirements:

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel

• High level of accuracy with strong attention to detail and quality

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Analytical and inquisitive mindset with the ability to identify patterns and insights in data

• Organized and strategic thinker who can align reporting with business objectives

• Proactive and takes initiative in communicating with the team and identifying opportunities for improvement

• Experience working in a collaborative and team-oriented environment
