Description:

This role is dedicated to ensuring accurate financial management and seamless accounting operations, making it ideal for highly detail-oriented and numbers-driven professionals. The position plays a vital role in maintaining the financial health of clients and organizations by delivering precise, well-organized, and up-to-date financial records that support informed decision-making.

The role involves setting up and maintaining clients’ Chart of Accounts (COA), ensuring proper structure and alignment with accounting standards. It includes performing accurate and timely data entry for all financial transactions, such as revenues, expenses, assets, and liabilities. Daily bookkeeping reviews are conducted to guarantee completeness, consistency, and accuracy of records, while monthly responsibilities include preparing bank reconciliations, executing month-end closing processes, and generating comprehensive financial reports for both clients and internal stakeholders.

In addition, the position requires reconciling income records with bank deposits, proactively following up on uncategorized or misclassified transactions, and performing clean-up or catch-up work to restore and maintain accurate financial data. The role also supports payroll verification by reviewing and breaking down payroll documents, as well as managing accounts payable and receivable through proper classification, verification, and recording of transactions.

The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills, and a methodical approach to handling financial data. Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, Google Sheets, and QuickBooks is essential. Success in this role requires the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities efficiently, and consistently deliver high-quality, accurate results in a fast-paced environment.
