Full-Time WFH Junior Level Website Developer

Description:

Create and optimize web applications that are fully responsive, visually engaging, and perform efficiently across different devices and browsers
Develop clean, user-friendly interfaces that align with user needs, feedback, and project goals
Proactively detect, analyze, and fix bugs or performance issues to maintain a seamless user experience
Work collaboratively with designers, back-end developers, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive and functional digital solutions
Ensure code quality by following best practices, coding standards, and accessibility guidelines
Continuously explore and adopt new tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve development processes
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Proven experience in JavaScript and Python for web development
Familiarity or hands-on experience with React or similar front-end frameworks is an advantage
Basic understanding of APIs and how systems integrate
Ability to think independently, provide insights, and recommend better approaches
Detail-oriented, analytical, and accountable in delivering high-quality work
