Description:

· Monitor and analyze key performance metrics through real-time reporting to identify trends and insights
· Generate KPI reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly) ensuring accuracy and timeliness
· Maintain data integrity by ensuring all information is current, complete, and accurate for the assigned division
· Collaborate with leadership to align reporting and analysis with business objectives
· Review and identify duplicate records while correcting inaccurate or incomplete data using multiple data sources
· Develop and maintain quality control (QC) reports to detect and resolve data issues
· Implement and improve processes for data collection, cleanup, maintenance, validation, and analysis across the organization
· Utilize intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
· Demonstrate high attention to detail with strong accuracy and quality orientation
· Apply strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration
· Exhibit analytical thinking by identifying patterns, trends, and meaningful insights from data
· Stay organized and strategic in aligning reports with business needs
· Take initiative by proactively communicating with the team and identifying opportunities for improvement
· Work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
