What You’ll Do:

  • Call Preparation: Organize daily call lists, create meeting agendas, and prepare materials to ensure every session runs efficiently.
  • Schedule Coordination: Manage calendars with precision—arranging meetings, aligning schedules, and handling changes or cancellations with ease.
  • Report Management: Compile and deliver reports on key metrics and performance indicators within set deadlines.
  • Virtual File Management: Keep digital files updated, organized, and easily accessible for the entire team.
  • Administrative Support: Handle a range of administrative duties, including email and calendar management, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and professionally.
