Remote Junior Level Data Analyst

Responsibilities

·        Monitor real-time data and identify trends in key performance metrics.

·        Create daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly KPI reports.

·        Ensure data accuracy and keep records updated for the assigned division.

·        Collaborate with leadership and team members for reporting needs.

·        Review and remove duplicate records.

·        Update incorrect or incomplete data using multiple sources.

·        Create QC reports to detect and fix data issues.

·        Help implement processes for data collection, cleanup, analysis, and validation.

Requirements

·        Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills.

·        High attention to accuracy and data quality.

·        Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·        Analytical mindset with ability to identify patterns in data.

·        Organized and strategic in aligning reports with business needs.

·        Proactive and able to take initiative.

·        Able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
