Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics through real-time reporting to identify trends and insights.
• Generate accurate KPI reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timeliness for the assigned division.
• Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to support data-driven decisions.
• Review and identify duplicate records to maintain clean and reliable databases.
• Utilize multiple data sources to update incomplete or incorrect information.
• Develop and maintain standardized Quality Control (QC) reports to detect and correct data inconsistencies.
• Implement efficient processes for data collection, cleanup, maintenance, analysis, and validation across the organization.
• Demonstrate intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy with strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Apply strong analytical thinking to interpret data and identify meaningful patterns.
• Communicate effectively through clear verbal and written communication.
• Stay organized and strategic by aligning reporting and analysis with business objectives.
