Appointment Setter (Work From Home)

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Appointment Setter / Lead Generation Specialist with strong experience in outbound calling, inbound lead handling, and CRM management. The ideal candidate excels in high-volume prospect outreach, follow-ups, and lead nurturing to consistently schedule qualified appointments for clients.

This role involves making a maximum number of outbound calls to prospects, responding promptly to inbound calls, text messages, and emails, and effectively delivering scripted value propositions while handling objections with confidence. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system after every interaction.

Strong calendar management skills are required to coordinate and confirm appointments efficiently. The ideal candidate possesses excellent English communication skills (verbal and written), strong customer service orientation, active listening abilities, and the confidence to memorize and deliver call scripts naturally.

Experience in inside sales, telemarketing, cold calling, lead qualification, and sales support is highly preferred.
