Description:

We are seeking a performance-driven Inside Sales Agent (ISA) / Lead Manager with proven expertise in speed-to-lead response, high-volume outbound calling, and CRM-based lead nurturing. The ideal candidate excels in real-time lead engagement, qualification, and appointment setting while maintaining data integrity within systems such as Follow Up Boss (FUB) and Google Calendar.


This role requires immediate response to inbound leads (within 5 minutes, 30 seconds for high-priority sources) and strict adherence to a “Never Decline” Zillow live call policy. You will utilize structured scripts such as ALM (Appointment, Location, Motivation) and LPMAMA (Location, Price, Motivation, Agent, Mortgage, Appointment readiness) to qualify prospects and secure appointments on the first call whenever possible.


The position demands executing a minimum of 150 outbound dials per day, including follow-ups, cold outreach, and warm lead nurturing. You will manage a structured 30-Day Blitz follow-up strategy, maintain accurate CRM staging and tagging, and ensure detailed documentation of all client interactions.

Responsibilities also include strategic lead routing using agent coverage maps, calendar coordination, professional agent handoffs via group text introductions, and pre-appointment confirmations (24-hour and 1-hour reminders) to maximize appointment “held” rates. Post-appointment feedback tracking and CRM status updates are critical to maintaining pipeline accuracy and conversion performance.
