Experienced Remote GoHighLevel Specialist

Core Responsibilities (GHL Focus)

• Automation & Workflows: Create, test, and optimize workflows for internal processes and lead nurturing.
• Interactive Tools: Build and configure forms and quizzes with complex scoring logic and conditional flows.
• Content & Billing: Manage the Membership area (courses/lessons) and the Payments tab (invoices and subscriptions).
• Pipeline Management: Oversee the Opportunities tab, including stages, custom fields, and automation triggers.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough QA testing to ensure all integrations and automations work accurately.

Technical & Web Development (Optional)

• Frontend Skills: Build or edit tools and funnels using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• CMS Management: Handle WordPress site edits, plugin management, and troubleshooting.
• Custom Components: Develop custom integrations or UI enhancements to support the GHL ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Platform Expertise: Required experience working directly within GoHighLevel.
• Professional Traits: Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience Level: Ideally 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Bonus Skills: Familiarity with API tools (Zapier/Make), webhooks, and basic UI/UX principles.
