Junior Creative Designer (Remote)

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Collaborate with various departments to support internal announcements, campaigns, and company events through engaging visual content.
• Produce and publish high-quality image posts using graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Publisher, Canva, or equivalent software.
• Create a minimum of 10 infographics per department, ensuring each output effectively communicates key information.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and maximize layout space to deliver visually appealing and well-structured designs.
• Demonstrate proficiency in the required graphic design software and tools.
• Present a portfolio showcasing previous, recent, and best design works.
• Exhibit reliability, commitment, and flexibility in meeting deadlines and adhering to assigned schedules.
• Ensure access to required technical specifications, including at least an i5 processor, 8GB RAM, and 500GB internal storage.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, when coordinating with teams and stakeholders.
