Remote Associate Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Monitor and report real-time performance metrics while identifying trends and diagnosing issues to support data-driven decision-making.
• Generate accurate KPI reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis to ensure consistent performance tracking.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate data for the assigned division, ensuring integrity across multiple data sources.
• Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to align reporting insights with business objectives.
• Conduct regular reviews to identify and remove duplicate records while correcting inaccurate or incomplete data points.
• Develop and implement standardized Quality Control (QC) reports to proactively detect and resolve data discrepancies.
• Establish and improve processes for organization-wide data collection, cleanup, maintenance, analysis, and validation.
• Utilize intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills to manage, analyze, and interpret complex datasets efficiently.
• Demonstrate high attention to detail and strong quality orientation to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, when presenting insights or coordinating with stakeholders.
• Apply strong analytical and inquisitive thinking to uncover patterns, insights, and opportunities within data.
• Stay organized and strategic by aligning reporting outputs with overall business goals and priorities.
• Take initiative by proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and maintaining strong collaboration within a team-oriented environment.
