The Role

As a Concierge Operations Specialist, you are responsible for executing and delivering a member’s trip once the travel strategy has been defined by a Travel Advisor.

You own the operational details. From itinerary builds to bookings, in-trip monitoring, and post-trip follow-up, you ensure nothing falls through the cracks. This is a high-ownership, execution-first role, not sales or trip strategy.

? What You’ll Do

  • Execute and manage bespoke luxury itineraries across flights, hotels, dining, and experiences
  • Support members via high-touch messaging (primarily WhatsApp) with clarity, professionalism, and calm
  • Execute and manage bookings for hotels, transportation, dining, and experiences
  • Handle changes, disruptions, and last-minute requests efficiently and thoughtfully
  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and partners to resolve issues end-to-end
  • Track confirmations, changes, and special requests with precision
  • Maintain clean, accurate documentation across all internal systems
  • Follow SOPs while exercising sound judgment and full ownership
  • Monitor trips in progress and proactively address issues as they arise

? What We’re Looking For

Must-Have

  • 2+ years of experience in travel, hospitality, luxury services, or premium customer operations
  • Exceptional attention to detail and comfort managing complex, multi-step workflows
  • Strong written English communication skills and a luxury hospitality mindset
  • Tech-savvy, fast learner, and comfortable working across multiple tools and systems
  • Calm, organized, and reliable under pressure
  • Strong operational discipline with high ownership and follow-through
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment

Nice to Have

  • Luxury travel, hotel, airline, or DMC experience
  • Familiarity with points, miles, or loyalty programs
  • GDS or booking platform experience
  • Experience supporting VIP or high-net-worth clients
