Marketing Staff

• Key Responsibilities
• Support lead generation activities across telemarketing, digital, and on-ground marketing initiatives
• Manage online and offline community engagement programs
• Assist in internal and external marketing communications
• Plan, coordinate, and execute events, webinars, and marketing activations
• Develop and implement social media engagement strategies
• Coordinate influencer, partner, and grassroots marketing programs
• Prepare performance reports and generate marketing insights
• Monitor industry trends, marketing tools, and competitor activities to enhance campaign effectiveness
• Perform other marketing-related and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or related roles
• Strong marketing and administrative skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Creative, innovative, and eager to learn
