Responsibilities:


1. Business license renewal

2. Import license renewal

3. Expatriate visa renewal

4. Office and expatriate condo contract renewal

5. Interior construction planning and permit application for a new office and factory

6. Car lease contract

7. Office equipment arrangement

8. Hotel, flight, and rental car arrangements for business travelers

9. Company trip planning

10. Christmas party planning

11. Company dinner planning

12. Exhibition arrangement

13. Seminar arrangement

14. Uniform and business card arrangement

15. Promotional item arrangement

16. Office cleaning, air conditioner cleaning arrangement, and maintenance management

17. iPhone, SIM, and laptop management for employees

18. Office equipment arrangement

19. Golf and dinner reservations arrangement

20. Conference material creation support (Excel, PowerPoint)

21. Employee task management

22. Contact with Japan and other countries (English, Japanese)

23. General HR

At least 3 years of work experience (no specialized knowledge required).

Benefits: 

OT, HMO after regularization, 13th month pay

Leave entitlement will be determined on a pro-rata basis based on the number of months you have worked after completion of the probationary period and up to the end of the year. The first year is pro-rata from twelve (12) days of vacation leave and ten (10) days of sick leave per year.


Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
