Description:

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Marketing Executive to strengthen Activa Media Group’s brand identity and lead our marketing efforts across Singapore and Malaysia. This role combines strategic branding, in-house marketing execution, and brand-building initiatives including identifying award opportunities to enhance our credibility and regional presence.

 

Core Responsibilities

1.      Campaign Planning & Execution

Assist the Head of Digital Marketing to develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels (SEM, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok)

 

2.      Market Research & Analysis

·        Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition (competitor activites)

·        Identify social and consumer trends, as well as relevant issues, to develop creative and proactive campaigns.

 

3.      Brand Identity & Marketing Campaigns

·        Develop and maintain a strong, cohesive brand image tailored to the Singapore and Malaysia markets.

·        Ensure brand consistency and alignment across all communication platforms, including digital, social media, email, print, and events.

·        Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns and events, both locally and internationally, to drive brand visibility and engagement.

 

4.    Performance Tracking
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of brand initiatives and marketing campaigns. Use data insights to optimize future strategies and ensure KPIs are met.

 

5.      Budget Management
Manage the overall branding and marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation for maximum ROI.

 

6.      Content Creation

Produce or coordinate marketing materials: brochures, presentations, case studies, sales kits, and digital content. Ensure messaging is consistent with the brand identity.
