Project Coordinator Intern

Position Summary

The Project Coordinator Intern will work closely with the project management team to support the successful execution of projects and initiatives within the organization. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in project coordination, communication, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibility :

• Assist in Project Planning: Work with project managers to set project goals and what needs to be done.
• Project Documentation: Keep project records like plans, schedules, and meeting notes.
• Communication: Help team members, stakeholders, and partners talk to each other about the project's progress.
• Task Management: Assign tasks to team members, make sure they finish on time.
• Risk Management: Find problems that could harm the project and help make plans to avoid them.
• Resource Coordination: Arrange people, tools, and materials needed for the project.
• Quality Control: Check if project work meets quality standards.
• Meeting Coordination: Set up project meetings, create meeting plans, and write down what's discussed.
• Data Analysis: Gather and study project data to help with decisions.
• Learning and Development: Attend training and meetings to get better at managing projects.

Contract length: Internship period

Pay: RM500.00 per month
