Job Responsibilites:
• Tracks and reports adverse drug reactions to ensure safety compliance
• Reviews and analyzes safety data from clinical trials and real-world use
• Leads safety signal detection and prepares regulatory safety reports
• Handles data entry and documentation of individual safety case reports
• Evaluates adverse event reports for medical accuracy and completenes
Job Qualifications:
• Licensed Nurse and Pharmacy with or without experience
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply as long as you have license
