Production Manager Japanese semicon plant

Job Description
We are looking for a Production Control Manager to oversee production planning and manage the production control department at our Philippine manufacturing site.

Key Responsibilities
Formulate and manage production schedules and monitor progress at the Philippine plant
Optimize production lines, improve efficiency, and promote quality control
Supervise, guide, and develop local staff while managing the overall team
Oversee the entire operational flow from raw material procurement to production and shipping
Coordinate with the Japan headquarters to support the achievement of production targets
Manage production equipment and develop maintenance plans
Perform other duties related to production control as required

The Manager will handle 7 subordinates and will report to the Factory Manager
Employee headcount is more than 100 employees

Experience in PCB mounting and assembly production, practical experience in production management (3~5 years or more)
OR
Experience in PCB mounting machinery and equipment manufacturing industry (3~5 years or more)
Experience in manufacturing schedule planning, progress management, inventory management, etc
Experience in dealing with problems such as delivery delays and material shortages.

Interview: 1 time only Face to face-to-face

Work schedule: Mon-Fri 8 am to 5 pm

Will be issued a company car (with driver): Common service vehicle with the Factory Manager
