Description:

Job Scope:
1. Recruitment and Selection
 Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
 Conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring Managers to assess candidates
 Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
2. Compliance and Records Management
 Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
 Maintain accurate employee records, including 201 files and documentation
 Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions per company procedures
3. Employee Benefits and Compensation Administration
 Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, life and accident insurance, retirement plan, and leave policies.
 Manage payroll processing and ensure accuracy in compensation
 Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend adjustments based onthe  Company Salary Structure as needed
4. Employee Performance Management and Appraisal
 Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and Managers
 Identify training and development needs based on performance assessments
5. Training and Development
 Conduct a training needs analysis
 Facilitate career development initiatives and succession planning
 Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary
6. General Affairs
 Address employee concerns and ensure a safe and conducive work environment
 Collaborate with other Managers to address HR-related issues and improve efficiency
 Promote teamwork and good camaraderie through employee engagement programs

Job Qualifications:
 At least a College graduate, preferably with a degree in BS Psychology, Human
Resource Management and other related courses.
 Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in HR management roles in a managerial capacity
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
 Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
 Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
HR EXPERIENCE(MORE ON GENERALIST)

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
