'KEY FUNCTIONS:
•    Performing Preventive Maintenance Service for Elevator and Escalator 
•    Performing Troubleshooting and Repair work for elevators and escalators
•    Performing Replacement parts work
•    Making Service Report
•    Deliver the necessary documents to a client 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
•    Following the company rules and Fujitec’s standard safety rules
•    Trying to improve their knowledge and skills
•    Performing Prevent Maintenance service under the supervision of the  Area manager/department manager 
•    Performing Troubleshooting and repair work under the supervision of the Area manager/department manager
•    Performing Replacement parts work under the supervision of the Area manager/department manager
•    Making a service report for a client on time
•    Explaining the status of EV/ESC, what was performed in PMS ,and our suggestion(if any) to a client
•    Negotiating/discussing an issue with a client under the supervision of the Area manager/department manager 
•    Corresponding Emergency call back while you are assigned as standby staff by shifting.
•    Reporting the result of your work to your immediate superior
•    Delivering a necessary document, such as a service invoice, contract, delivery slip, and so on
•    Managing your tools and keeping them clean

CEBU: Lapu-Lapu City, Newtown Blvd (Mactan Newtown付近）
The project sites are located within Mactan Newtown and various areas in Cebu City.
A motorcycle license is not required, but it would be considered an advantage.
ILOILO: Iloilo city, Mandurriao, Megaworld Blvd (Festive walk Mall付近)
Bacolod: Bacolod City, Upper East Megaworld
As this is a new market entry, the details are yet to be finalized. However, since projects are located at the above addresses, we plan to establish a base nearby.
Please note that our maintenance staff generally follow a direct-to-site and direct-home work style.
