Description:
Basic requirements regarding the Engineering Section responsibilities
1. Assists supervisor in improving production control and operation, standard operating procedures, safety, and quality control.
2. Analyze the process flow/work standard and the improvement of the production process.
3. Improves manufacturing processes and methods for cost-reduction, quality improvement, and efficiency.
4. Performs planning and development of manufacturing processes, including production flow, assembly methods, and production equipment based on HQ.
5. Execution of the production process based on the instructions and specifications by the Engineering of HQ.
6. Carries out process improvement, problem resolution, project management, and employee training.
Basic Qualification:

• Graduate of an Engineering course, preferably Industrial Engineering
