Description:

Uphold ethical standards when interacting with patients and stakeholders.
Stay current with Medicare/Medicaid rules and program updates.
Submit documentation within designated timeframes.
Identify and report fraudulent activities or billing errors.
Ensure accurate authorization and referral processing.
Participate in ongoing HIPAA and regulatory training.
Support external audit readiness by maintaining clean records.
Stay up to date on organizational and industry policies.
Apply proper procedures for handling PHI (Protected Health Information).
Observe company code of conduct and integrity protocols.
Answer inbound calls efficiently and courteously.
Make outbound calls for appointment reminders and follow-ups.
Respond to emails and chat inquiries promptly.
