Description:

Track order status and provide real-time updates to patients.
Coordinate with logistics and operations for product delivery.
Assist with returns, credits, and replacements as needed.
Ensure order accuracy through detailed verification procedures.
Collaborate with internal teams to expedite urgent orders.
Handle product availability inquiries from patients and staff.
Maintain records of order history and transactions.
Communicate with supply vendors when necessary.
Work with sales teams to fulfill patient-specific product needs
Collaborate with the clinical team to support patient care initiatives.
Work with physicians and nurses to coordinate appointment logistics.
Communicate effectively with the billing department to resolve discrepancies.
