Company background : Dental Supplies company in Bayan Lepas

Working hours - Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm) + 1st Saturday of the month ( 9am-6pm)

Job Description:

  • - To assist in managing the quotation, invoices and delivery order with customers
  • - To assist in answering queries from customers and salespersons
  • - To assist in managing information on orders using SQL, Excel 
  • - Daily sales report (by dealers/by salesman/by Products)
  • - Weekly sales achievement report
  • - Monthly campaign sales achievement progress tracking
  • - Responsible to provide sales administration support to the sales team.
  • - Channel Structure and Product Structure monitoring report.
  • - Any others duties when as assigned.


  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, any field.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment
