Japanese Account Receivable Specialist
Salary: 90,000-100,000 highly negotiable
Dayshift Schedule

Job Description: 

• Timely clearing of incoming payments and handling credit and collections
• Processing and recording transactions.
• Maintaining records regarding payments and account statuses.
• Obtaining information from other departments to ensure records are accurate and complete and that accounts receivable ledgers and journals are up-to-date.
• Working with the collections department to review accounts, client payments, credit history, and develop new or better repayment terms.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any related courses (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration and others)
• Proficient in speaking, understanding and writing  in Japanese with good communication skills in English
• With finance background, preferably knowledgeable in SAP working on an accounts receivable process in a BPO or shared service industry
