Description:
Under the direct supervision of Warehouse Officer (OIC), the incumbent ensures timely and accurate fulfillment of Sales Orders and Return Material Authorization (RMA), encoding of Warehouse Receiving report and printing of invoices on the ERP system.
Technical Duties:
1. Process item fulfillment on ERP system.
2. Encode Warehouse Receiving Report on ERP system.
3. Process receipt of Return Material Authorization (RMA) on ERP system.
4. Facilitate inventory transfer of locations on ERP system.
QUALIFICATIONS (Competency Requirement)
A. Education At least college level and with can do attitude
B. Skills Ability to succeed, keen on details and thrive in time sensitive situations Presentation and communication skills (Oral &written) Results driven
C. Experience Minimum of one (1) year exposure in Warehousing Operation
