Description:
his department will see and collaborate with the members of all 3 locations (Klang Valley/JB/Penang). For example, if the branch in Klang Valley cannot handle, this position collaborates with the branch in Penang and they will handle.
- Collaborate each branch in Klang Valley/JB/Penang and give an order
- Handle import/export shipment (by air, sea, truck)
- Handle customer’s inquiry
- Issue billing invoice and costing for each shipment
- Handle new assignment by superior
Qualifications:
■MUST TO HAVE:
- At least 4 years of working experience in logistic industry
- Familiar with 3PL logistic operation flow
*Client can consider either sales or CS from the same background but priority will be sales experience. (In this case position will be Senior Executive).
■PREFER TO HAVE(Advantage)
- Experience of manager position
- Japanese language proficiency since GM is Japanese (he speaks English though)
■Personality Requirement:
- Have communication skills since this position needs to handle 3 locations
■Interview Procedure:
1st interview: General Manager (+ Japanese MD)
2nd Interview: HR Manager
