Responsible for customs clearance operations (from the preparation of import/export documents to shipping)

Document preparation for customs clearance (invoice, packing list, L / C, etc.)

Declaration to customs

After declaration, get inquiry and inspection from customs

Handle the daily shipping and inventory control tasks while working with the company's shipping sub-contractor

Place product purchase orders every day to meet the projected needs of sales and to maintain warehouse stock

Confirm purchase detail list and air shipping dates provided Monitoring incoming and outgoing deliveries/shipments Monitoring stock (units) availability in the warehouse for proper stock management.

Receive/acknowledge & coordinate unit orders for customers Files permits and clearances to government agencies

Prepare sales invoice, delivery order, shipping instruction, goods received notation, supplier invoice, estimated cost, and billing

Processes renewal of Client Profile Registration  System (CPRS) in BOC Preparation and processing of PEZA documents

1 to 2 years of IMPEX experience

PEZA Impex experience

Working Days Monday to Friday + work on Saturday (once a month) 

Time 8:30 to 17:30
