Description:
We are looking for Customer Service Representative for our Travel Account in Pasig
Location: Pasig City, Philippines
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with travel-related inquiries, reservations, and ticketing.
- Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to book flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements.
- Manage and update travel itineraries for clients accurately and promptly.
Qualifications:
- At least Highschool Graduate
- Minimum 1 year of GDS experience, preferably in corporate travel.
- Experience in a BPO, Travel Account, or Travel Agency setting is preferred.
