I’m looking for a Spanish speaking reception/assistant who likes helping others.
• Review documents for accuracy
• Request missing documents
• Review data entry for accuracy
• Work closely with management on client document requests
• Check client procedures to ensure that correct processes and documents are used as required for each individual client.
• Consistent follow up on missing information/documents
- Dependable, competent, energetic, and self-motivated to learn.
- Excellent communication skills and pleasant phone manner.
-Someone who can multi-task and is detail oriented.
- Client scheduling, triaging, prior authorization, answering phone calls , document scanning.
