*Manage the day-to-day tasks and functions of the entire property management;

*Prepare, control, and monitor the effective execution of approved plans and programs of the property;

*Monitor the turn-around time of major and minor concerns within the building;

*Monitor the performance of the Company's standard;

*Coach and manage all the personnel working in the building;

*Establish good rapport and working relationship with the board/client representative;

*Build a professional relationship with the unit owners.

*Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of residential or facilities tenant satisfaction;
