Procurement Manager (HVAC, elevator and generator

Procurement management for all business units of (HVAC, Elevator/Escalator, and Diesel Generator)
Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.
Managing daily purchasing activities.
Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
Cooperate with the accounting staff before procurements to meet the budget.

Salary range – 60,000 to 80,000 basic

At least 5 years of work experience
Procurement/Supply chain management experience
Manager Experience, at least 35 years of age
Can act independently and manage staff
Knowledge of any or all  HVAC, Elevator/Escalator, and Diesel Generator Processes
Preferably one who can join asap, but it is okay if still employed.
