Coordinates and supervise contractors in the progress, implementation, and monitoring of projects and actions of clients' requests
Evaluate personnel performance every 3 months
Recommends disciplinary action when warranted as well as a reward for outstanding performance
Communicates effectively within the department and with other departments
Prepares annual budget, and project costings as may be directed by his superior
Prepares manual and other literature to be used in the training of ACR Staff
Prepares the organizational chart and job descriptions of ACR Installation Personnel
Initiates purchase requisition of the department
Ensures that his men observed company rules and safety regulations at the job-site
Trains and develops his men in the effective performance of their duties and for personal growth in the company
Performs other related tasks that may be required to carry out his functions effectively
Graduate of BS in Mechanical Engineering, preferably licensed
Must have at least five (5) years of experience in project management of HVAC installation works
Must have excellent Oral and Written communication skills
Can relate effectively to all types of people in the organization
Capable of negotiating effectively with other prospective clients and subcontractors
Capable of teaching and training people
Head Office (5-day workweek)
Mon-Fri/Tue-Sat 8 AM to 5 PM
