Assists his superior in planning and organizing the overall activities of the Service Department in line with its objective of keeping the company's set quality and standards for regular and special service jobs of elevators and escalators
Assists his superior in the preparation of contract proposals for newly turned-over projects and old projects without a previous contract
Assists in the preparation of the annual maintenance fee adjustment
Prepares and submits correspondence and reports as required by his superior
Assists in the monitoring of the financial status of his department
Reviews and checks any special service proposal made by the Sales Service Engineer or Supervisor
Attends meetings as needed by the client
Forecasts and monitors the manpower requirement of his department
Trains and develops his men to ensure effective performance of their jobs and for personal growth
Performs other service-related tasks that may be assigned by his superior from time to time
Graduate of BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, preferably licensed by the Professional Regulation Commission
Must have at least five (5) years of experience in elevator/escalator servicing works and at least three (3) years of which is in a supervisory capacity
Must have excellent communication skills, both in written and oral English and Tagalog
Can relate effectively to all types of people in the organization and has a strong leadership capability
Capable of training and teaching people
