Assistant Service Engineer (Japanese Speaker)

【Job Description】

The main job of this position is to support Japanese Sales Manager.

- Production management of EMS products

- Japanese clients support (Send emails, receive phone calls or translate simple documents)

- Guide Japanese clients coming to Malaysia (once in a month but mostly will be done by Japanese Sales Manager)

※Knowledge of production management required in this position will be provided. There will be training in the factory at the beginning to understand the overall business.

Qualifications:

■MUST TO HAVE:

- Japanese Language Proficiency (N3 and above)

- Daily conversation level of English and Chinese

■PREFER TO HAVE(Advantage)

- Working experience of customer service or service engineer

■Interview Procedure:

1st interview: Japanese Sales Manager

2nd Interview: MD & Director (+Japanese Sales Manager)

Working Hour

Monday to Friday

7:00am-5:40pm (Can consider from 8:00am if early)
