Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory levels, organizing stock, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods in and out of the warehouse. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of goods and materials.
  • Accurately count, label, and organize inventory items.
  • Maintain inventory levels and ensure stock rotation to minimize waste.
  • Prepare and package orders for delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Perform regular inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with other departments to fulfill orders and meet customer demands.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and hazard-free.
  • Assist in the implementation of inventory control procedures.
  • Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and discrepancies.
  • Assist in resolving any inventory-related issues or discrepancies.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or inventory management is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic math and record-keeping skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Knows how to drive with a driver's license.
