Description:
Build and maintain relationships with current & new clients
Answering queries, offering advice, introducing products, and applying quotations to clients
Confirm with new clients production plan & forecast for future ordering
Meet/ conference call with clients to determine their needs
Attending conferences and meetings with vendors/ clients
Prepare goods in advance for delivery order
Arrange incoming items into the racking system. (take a photo, QC & QA check)
Input data into the system after QC (pack test, Keyence, and so on)
Conduct monthly stock take
Maintain warehouse organized and tidy
Malay/Chinese
SPM level and above
Willing to learn
Able to drive a forklift
Basic usage of Microsoft Office
Working experience in sales support
Face to Face Might have 1 more round, Japanese MD & HR will attend the interview
Monday to Friday, Saturday(once a month)
8:00 am-5:30 pm
The client might move to a new office around PJ/Shah Alam/Subang but not sure when (probably within this year)
