Description:
Oversees the implementation and compliance of established procedures in the lab
Ensures that all reports or any written communication issued to customers are accurate
Ensures the resources needed in the laboratory service are communicated to the management and to the necessary people
Leads and directs in ISO matters (improvement of ISO manual, lab practices, etc)
Assists the sales with promotional activities, inquiries, etc.
1. With knowledge of laboratory management
2. Graduate of any BS Physics-related courses
3. Knowledgeable in ISO 17025:2017 industries. Ideally, from ingredients distributors
4. Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
5. With good customer service skills and attention to details
6. Knowledge in Microsoft Office
