MARKETING MANAGER
Job Descriptions:
Responsible for the overall marketing aspects of the brand including strategies development to create interest, demand and recognition of the brand and its products
Develop and manage contents for company profile, marketing brochures, and to prepare PowerPoint presentation slides for sales and marketing.
To study potential customers, market trends, incorporate customer feedbacks, and opportunities for the Company’s direction and growth initiatives..
Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance and share insights to develop optimisation plans.
Coordinate with team to maximize collaboration, efficiency and creativity in the building and maintenance of consistent branding or corporate identity across marketing and public relations channels.
Responsible to build brand awareness and positioning in market by taking participation in semiconductor exhibition, conferences, trade shows and events.
Represents the Company’s brand and drives strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends.
Assist in managing & Optimize content for the website and social networking channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube,Tik tok and etc
Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team
Oversee and/or improve the existing house brand product development
Any other ad hoc task assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent
Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B & B2C
Exceptional prioritization and project management skills
Excellent communication skills: Written, verbal, and visual
Demonstrated capabilities executing end-to-end quantitative and qualitative customer research and effectively identifying and interpreting key findings
Demonstrated ability to work closely with product, PR, design, and customer service teams
Self-starter and ability to build programs from scratch
Positive attitude, can-do mentality
Knack for balancing multiple projects at the same time
Self-driven and motivated to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
