Job Description:

We are seeking a highly-skilled and creative Video Editor and Motion Graphics Designer with expertise in motion graphics, storyboarding, and special effects to join our team. The successful candidate should be able to envision and create high-end video content across various brands in the beauty, lifestyle, and wellness industries. The ideal candidate should possess an impressive portfolio, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. They should also be updated with the latest industry trends and be able to independently create project briefs.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and editing high-quality video content that aligns with brand strategy and goals.
• Creating motion graphics, special effects, and other visual elements in alignment with the project's story and objectives.
• Storyboarding and outlining the narrative of our video content.
• Working closely with our creative team to understand project scope and objectives.
• Creating briefs and storyboards for each project.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends to stay relevant with modern design.
• Managing and overseeing all technical aspects of video editing, from software and hardware to lighting and sound.
• Working on multiple projects simultaneously, balancing time constraints while maintaining quality.
• Collaborating effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure content meets company standards and appeals to target audiences.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in Film, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Video Editor, Motion Graphics Designer, or similar role.
• A portfolio showcasing high-quality video editing work, including motion graphics and storyboarding.
• Expert proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other industry-standard software.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of color grading, sound editing, and video compression for various platforms.
• Experience with 3D animation would be considered an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetic quality and visual composition.
• Strong creative thinking abilities and the ability to present new design concepts.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good team player with strong communication skills.

Salary: Php30,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
