Basic Salary: RM2000 - RM2200

Job Information

• Working Days: 6 days per week (Mon-Sat)
• Working Hours: 8 hours, 11:00AM - 08:00PM.
• Lunch Break: 1 hour.
• Training (1 week), Probation (3 months).
• No EPF & SOCSO.

Job Scope and Responsibilities

• Communicate and write with customers through web chat applications and tools via customers' preferred language.
• Filter and organize employees’ own customer leads.
• Inform potential and existing customers on company products, offers, etc.
• Encourage customers to subscribe and join company membership.
• Understand customers' concerns about the company's products and service-related issues, and provide suitable solutions based on respective concerns.
• Maintain good relationships with customers.
• Assist customers in financial transactions (customer deposits and withdrawals). Each deposit contributes to the employee's commission.

Job Requirements

Required Skill(s): Sales, Active Listening, Persuasion, Adaptability, Improvisation, VersatileOrganization, Punctuality, and Good Time Management.

• Working experience in Telesales or Sales is preferred. Good sales ability is prioritized.
• Customer Service experience is preferred, but no-experience candidates with the right attitude, passion to learn, and strive to improve are welcome to apply. 
• Ability to listen, speak, read, and write in all three Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin languages is mandatory.
• Good attitude and highly motivated.

Home Office Requirements

• Quiet and conducive workspace at home for call work.
• Possess a smartphone and a computer (Work Computer will be provided upon confirmation).
• Stable and reliable Cable or Fiber home internet service (WiFi or Satellite).
