Senior / Business Development Manager - Interior Design
Job Descriptions :
Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
·Screens potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Excellent in closing sales with client and served client until completion of work.
Strong sense of responsibilities, highly energized, independent, pleasant personality and a good attitude.
Able to meet client to determine design requirement, needs, present design idea & prepare quotation.
Ensure client satisfaction with review & rating from client.
Excellent time management skill and able to meet tight deadlines and management skill.
Able to do research on material, design effect, cost and prepare specifications.
Weekly report work schedule & progress to top management.
Job Requirements :
At least Diploma or Degree in related field
5 - 10 years working experience
Age between 35 to 40 years old
Experience as a Business Development Manager from an Interior company
Has a wide variety of connections and contacts
