Introduction/Background
BCI's Lead Manager services enable our clients to get first-hand business leads and allowed our clients to focus on securing new projects.As BCI Senior Sales Consultant, you will focus on identifying new clients/businesses that need BCI Solutions, which will allow the client to win new business within the construction industry.
Key responsibilities: -
- Focus to generate NEW business for BCI’s project Leads services (Lead Manager) - NO client’s servicing and renewal business involved.
- Perform daily outbound introduction calls to prospects. - setting appointments with potential clients.
- Understand potential client business needs. - Liaise with the decision-maker and match BCI's services that fit their business.
- Aggressively follow through with each potential client status and close business deals.
- Consistently achieve key performance indicators (KPI) & meet sales targets monthly.
- Manage all sales activities through the company CRM system
Requirements: -
- Positive & good work attitude, energetic, ambitious, and result-oriented.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, solutions sales, and proven record experience overachieving within a B2B sales environment.
- Must be able and willing to do cold calling for prospecting clients.
- Great presentation skills, strong negotiation, and communication skills.
- Must have a learning mindset, Independent and proactive in problem-solving.
