Sales Executive

This position will work as sales executive assisted by Sales Manager. Sales assistant will support and involve in logistics & shipping areas including L/C applications & clearances, customs declarations, TT payments, warehouse and stocks monitoring, shipments booking and arrangements, but this position needs to understand the business flow.

- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products mostly the products are imported from China.

- Understand sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.

- Liaise with new and existing suppliers & customers for their orders.

- Cost analysis and do sales offer to customer with the latest raw material price and tax calculation.

- Deal with Japanese clients including translating.

- Create sales reports in Japanese for head office in Japan.

Qualifications:

■MUST TO HAVE:

- Experience of chemicals sales

- Japanese proficiency (N2-3 is fine)

- Understand the flow of trading business (knowing the term such as B/C, D/P, D/A, L/C)

- Need to have a car

■PREFER TO HAVE(Advantage)

- Experience of sales in the field of food industry, petrochemistry, electronic component

2nd Interview: MD
