Job Overview:
The Sales Development Specialist is responsible for the company’s marketing communications activities with the goal of establishing and improving competitive positioning in the market to support sales lead generation. He/She shall spearhead the conversion, develop and maintain brand awareness, and maximize revenues, and sales drive.
Compensation and Incentives:
2% commission on the monthly sales target for Year 1 and a 1% commission on the monthly sales target for Year 2, comes with a bonus package when the quarter and the annual target of the Sales Division are achieved.

Year 1: 2% SDS / 2% Tech
Year 2: 1% SDS / 2% Tech
Job Description:
- Develop new business and spearhead conversion by converting qualified prospects to users.
- Analyzing and expanding business operations towards sustained growth.
- Have a record of success in cold calling, qualifying leads, and closing business
- Aggressively prospect and develop an account and can turn it into a key account
- Highly engaged in business development and market expansion
- Engaging in meaningful interactions and building good relationships across all target market
- Liaising with Sales, Marketing, and Management to align strategies aimed at increasing revenue.
- Performing competitor analysis toward obtaining an increased market share
- Developing client relationships and strengthening industry partnerships.
- Research and analyze market trends per territory, competitor offerings, demographics, and other information that affects marketing strategies
Key Skills, ability, and experience:
- 2-5 years of working experience in the Orthopedic Industry, preferably as a medical representative or alike
- Exceptional ability to analyze market trends and competitor behavior
- Advanced knowledge of business development, marketing strategies, and brand expansion
- Enjoys working within a growing and expanding market, target-driven sales, and works under pressure
- Works independently, as well as part of a team, with little supervision
- Excellent in prospecting, lead qualification, and building rapport
- Excellent in conducting market research
