Sales Account Officer - Sonic Steel (NCR)

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• At least 5 years of working experience in Sales-Retail/ General or equivalent is required for this position.
• Background/experience in Steel/Roofing Company is an advantage.
• With exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Responsible for achieving maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration, ideal accounts receivable management within an assigned territory, and/or market segment.
• Effectively market and sell company products.
• Applicants must be willing to assigned in NCR and in any area (if necessary).
• With meal and transportation allowance.

Job Description:

• Generates new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely manner.
• Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications.
• Present price, credit and terms in accordance with standard procedures and customers’ profitability profiles.
• Follow-up for collection of payment.
• Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotes or returns.
• Monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed.
• Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaint.
• Present a professional image at all times to customers and vendors.
