Position Title: Retail Advisor
Employment Duration: 6-Months Renewable Contract
Working Days: 5 days/week
Working Hours: Retail Operating Hours (including Weekends & Public Holidays)
Monthly Salary:
- Basic Salary: RM 1,800 - RM 2,200 (Based on experience)
- Mobile Allowance: RM 200*
- Shift Allowances: RM 5/day (AM shift), RM15/day (PM shift)*
- Incentives: Based on Sales Performance*
- Overtime*

Job Requirements:
- SPM / Diploma / Degree
- Preferably with a minimum of 6 months of related working experience
- Excellent command of English & Bahasa Melayu
- Customer-oriented, sales-driven, and presentable
- Must be willing to work on rotational shifts including on weekends/Public Holidays
- Fresh graduates who are keen to be in the sales and customer service line, are encouraged to apply
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in customers, present, and promote Maxis products and services to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Responsible for generating leads to acquire new customers
- Actively involved in roadshows, events, and any promotional activities arranged and set by the company
- Achieve agreed-upon sales target and outcome within the schedule
