Procurement Officer

• The Procurement Officer performs technical and administrative duties covering the procurement, processing of goods and services for the organization. He/She ensures the timely and accurate delivery of goods and services. He/She coordinates with various internal and external stakeholders that affects the over-all performance of services required..
• QUALIFICATIONS (COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT)

A. Education * Customs Brokerage certificate holder or graduate of College Business course preferably Business Administration, Management or Marketing.

B. Skills * Highly negotiation skills * Highly knowledgeable in international commerce and importation * Highly organize, resourceful, detail-oriented and results-oriented * With interpersonal skills and high tolerance of pressure * Highly adaptable communication skills for both oral and written *Multi-tasking and customer service oriented *Highly adaptable ot irregular working timeconditions * Excellent sound judgment and can work with minimum supervision * Knowledgeable on MS Office package (Power point, Excel, Word, others) * Trustworthy and can handle confidential information or maintenance of corporate standards

C. Experience 3vears of officership background ni sourcing, international commerce, importation and order management of related products.
